• James Rychcik, President and CEO, NBS Trucking, LTD (Partner)
	Twelve years experience in various functions relating to a motor carrier.  Includes setting Company goals and objectives, operations, Company procedures and safety considerations.  Creating and maintaining a positive work environment through positive reinforcement, leadership and education.  Responsible for financial forecasting, analysis, budget and reporting.  Set up the brokerage division and outside carrier base.  Ten years experience at Bush Industries in outbound shipments, international distribution, and inbound materials coordination.  Worked as shipping and warehouse manager overseeing truck loading/ unloading.  Responsible for $13 million in inventory including placement and retrieval.   Daily finished goods management and computer entry of stock. email: jrychcik@nbstrucking.com
• Tony Barto, Senior Vice President Marketing & Business Development (Partner)
	Nineteen years experience in transportation and logistics.  Ten years organizing and developing the sales department for NBS Trucking.  Prior to joining the NBS Team in 1998 Tony worked in the Intermodal Marketing division of Quality Intermodal and the Hub Group. Tony also has spent 8 years as the Manager of Logistics for Bush Industries overseeing a 20 million dollar freight budget and supervised the logistics operations for 5 locations.  Tony began his career in warehouse management and was heavily involved in the successful launch of three separate facilities. email: tbarto@nbstrucking.com
• William Morris, Vice President Operations ( Partner)
	Forty years of experience in transportation.  Includes 10 years as a driver moving general freight, 10 years involvement with Hazardous materials, 5 years driving oversize freight and off road equipment, 2 years as a terminal manager, and 2 years in dispatch and customer service.  Three years service doing rigging for oversize and overweight freight, 3 years in safety and hiring and 5 years fleet service. email: bmorris@nbstrucking.com
• Ed Kloszewski, President, Supply Chain Connection (Div. NBS Trucking) (Partner)
	Two years experience as director of operations responsible for purchasing, warehouse and logistics.  Thirty four years’ logistics experience as staff member, traffic manager, fleet manager, dispatcher and supervisor.  Worked for four carriers including P.I.E., Red Star Express, Smith Transfer and NBS Trucking.    Experienced in international sourcing of raw materials, international transactions and paperwork, container movement, strategic planning, third party purchasing, worldwide sourcing, port selection, ocean vessel chartering, longshoremen, rail movement, specialized oversize and over weight rail and truck movements, barge shipments, custom clearance, US Export Administration Regulations, ISO 9000 certification, HAZMAT shipments, and as a freight forwarder.  An additional six years experience in international sales as Asia Regional sales manager and South American sales manager.  Also held a marketing position for two years.  Traveled internationally extensively and studied Spanish as a second language. email: ekloszewski@nbstrucking.com
